Sandwiched silicones with smart fabrics
We developed a process for manufacturing of sandwiched silicones. Smart fabrics, such as EMI shielding, pressure sensing fabrics, conductive electrodes and sensor fabrics can be incorporated into our sandwiched silicones.
Typical applications are in medical devices, military equipment, flexible electronics and sensors, or in smart fabrics and devices.
We can manufacture the sandwiched silicones in various colours (including transparent) and sizes. We can die cut the sandwiched silicones into shapes required by the customer.
These sandwiched silicones are flexible and water resistant.
